I enjoyed the historic-style building, affordable and quiet room, while the spacious bathroom provided hairdryers, a shower cap, and bath sheets, all set in a very central location.

I liked everything about the hotel -- the room, the location, the breakfast. I've stayed in many hotels but this is one of my favorites.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the common spaces, which mixed both old and modern styles.
This hotel was very uncomfortable. We stayed twice. The first time, the room we were given had a wall hanging right next to the bed. My spouse and I both were allergic to it. We had hoped the place had air conditioning, but it did not. We hoped that the window would be sufficient to cool off the room, but it was not. We both had a poor night's sleep due to heat and allergies. The second time was also during a very warm day. We checked in with the rest of the group. I asked if there was a room with air conditioning available, but the two rooms were in use. I asked if there was a room with a fan available, but was told I would not want to stay up there. We were given a room with two single beds -- the thought of sleeping dorm style with my spouse in the incredible heat was depressing. We decided to check ourselves out of the hotel (paying for the night) and check ourselves into the less convenient Best Western a few kilometers away. It was a much better use of our money, even though we had to pay for a hotel room twice.

I stayed as a tourist, and the location was excellent. The hotel is very cozy and has art work everywhere. It's a very interesting place in itself. It has an elevator!

The guest room interiors have a nice design. Plus, this place is super close to the main square, Wawel Castle, Kazimierz, and the Old City - all within a stone's throw. 🏰

Room was large and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Some of the staff were somewhat unfriendly. Website advertised airport shuttle - untrue.

The atomsphere was very old world, it was like stepping back in time - with all the modern conveniences of course! The staff made it comforting to return after a long day of walking.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. This is a quirky hotel with history. Would definitely stay there again. It is steps away from local tram, the centre, Jewish city and supermarket! Good base and we found it to be very quiet.
That although it was no smoking, people could smoke in the foyer of the hotel which you had to walk through and the smell/smoke obviously spreads into the hotel. Same breakfast buffet everyday and not obvious what else you could have. Only when staff offered scrambled eggs did we know that was available.

It was really great stay, I really enjoyed outstanding food.
The venue was set in the very central position adjacent to the main shopping area and a conference or city sightseeing and bus stations. Spent a nice evening at Pod Baranem, located around 4-6 minutes walk from the venue.
